It is free on all orders shipped within the continental United States.  It will be $3.00 anywhere else in the world.

What is level of privacy of my personal information?

Your information will never be sold and your personal information will never be compromised.  You however will be put in a database to receive special promotions or notified if you are a winner.  But then you also have the option to be removed from the list, so you remain in complete control.

Do we accept returns?

We do not accept returns due to dishonest customers in the past that have made it all too expensive.  All products are authentic as they have been purchased from Ganz the manufacturer directly or from another authorized retailer like myself (on the rare occasion that we are out in all distribution points) that only gets them from Ganz.  We however will be more than willing to work with you all depending on the situation to make things right.

Why do you ship from different locations and will this cost me money?

 We have many distribution points so that we always stay in stock of all webkinz (which you know is a lot of being over 130 of them).  It is a little better cost wise for us and allows us to keep free shipping to you, so you will not be charged anything additional unless you live outside the continental United States.
