We offer free shipping within the continental United States.  It will be only $4.00 everywhere else in the world, so you guys and gals get a discount too.  Due to different distribution points, you may receive packages from different spots depending on inventory levels, but all of this will be to no additional cost to you.  Sorry for any inconvenience on this.  You should be able to receive your package(s) within a week via UPS/FEDEX/USPS.  Most likely it will be USPS.  Unfortunately due to some dishonest people in the past, we do not accept refunds.  You are more than welcome to email us to see what might be able to be done, but best is to ask or decide before getting them.   We however will be more than willing to work with you all depending on the situation to make things right.  Customer satisfaction is very important to us as that is how we got to be where we are today.
